As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to patients in various healthcare settings. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the well-being and comfort of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Personal Care: Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Mobility Assistance: Support patients in their mobility needs, including transferring, positioning, and ambulation.

• Vital Signs Monitoring: Regularly measure and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse rate, blood pressure, and respiration rate.

• Medication Support: Assist with medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed medication regimens.

• Patient Support: Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, promoting a positive and caring environment.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, observations, and any changes in condition.

• Infection Control: Follow established protocols and procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.

• Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, including nurses, doctors, and therapists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Patient Advocacy: Advocate for patients' rights, dignity, and privacy, ensuring their needs and preferences are respected.

• Emergency Response: Recognize and respond appropriately to emergencies, following established protocols and seeking assistance as needed.
