Mobility Assistance: Support patients in their mobility needs, including transferring, positioning, and ambulation.
Vital Signs Monitoring: Regularly measure and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse rate, blood pressure, and respiration rate.
Medication Support: Assist with medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed medication regimens.
Patient Support: Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, promoting a positive and caring environment.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, observations, and any changes in condition.
Infection Control: Follow established protocols and procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, including nurses, doctors, and therapists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
Patient Advocacy: Advocate for patients' rights, dignity, and privacy, ensuring their needs and preferences are respected.
Emergency Response: Recognize and respond appropriately to emergencies, following established protocols and seeking assistance as needed.
